Black/Gray

Black/Gray

So I know we are only supposed to post one picture but today I just had to do two. See, I was planning to post a pic of these two sheep. I think they are what started me down the slippery slope of softie collecting — which by the way I didn’t even realize I was doing until recently, I said to Stefan I guess I collect softies and he was like Well, duh… I only wish you could feel them, especially the gray mama one, they are super soft. I was told that they are made from persian wool. I’m not sure if it’s true, or even what that means exactly, but there you go.

While I was sitting on the sofa last night I realized that I would be remiss if I didn’t take one other black/gray picture to share today. OnyxThis is Onyx. She is one of our two pugs — we also have a fawn male. She is going to be nine years old this month but started going gray when she was around three — it happens more quickly and earlier in black pugs. Onyx also happens to be totally blind but many people who meet her never even realize. So sorry about the two photos — I’m hoping she’s cute enough that you’ll forgive me.

Thanks Stephanie and Mav for the inspiration for Color Week #2.

I can completely see why you couldn’t pick just one of these photos. Onyx, that is the cutest face!
