CSA 2007 – Week 5

CSA 2007 - Week 5

We got our share a day early this week because of Independence Day tomorrow. This was the first week of our flower share — hooray! I love the zinnias we’ll be getting all summer. Katie wants to know if the flowers can be for her room. By the way, we’re saving this week’s hot-dogs for tomorrow — tonight we’re having this:

CSA Bag Contents: Swiss Chard, Garlic, Cucumber, Onion, Basil, Rosemary, Fennel, Eggplant, Kohlrabi, 1/2 doz. eggs

We didn’t get the share for week 5 in 2006.

Greetings! I am reading your blog for the first time (I found you through a link on InspireCo’s blog) and I think it is just charming. I really like the Corner of your House feature. Very nice! And your children are lovely. I’m glad to have found you!
